Can someone explain how this is possible? That would mean there is 15 thousand songs released every single day in Korea.

I found some info that the western world releases 100,000 mainstream songs to major streaming platforms a year. This figure of 5 million just sounds impossible, I don't think there are that many humans existing who produce music.
