I hv been a kpop fan since 2014. And I can tell you one thing for sure, it wasn’t easy at all, being a kpop fan back then.
I remember trying to listen to songs by Shinee, EXO, and Taeyang after school in my brother’s old ahh box pc while playing games. Whenever someone asked what I was listening to, I would rather lie than get laughed at. Those times were crazy ngl.
Seeing the newer fans now get all giddy over their fav kpopstars makes me want to say, “U know back in our days, it wasn’t this easy..” But then I realize I sound like a dad talking to his kid bout his youth lol.
