Na Entertainment, formerly known LPA Entertainment then Namoo Entertainment, was going to debut a global girl group named "AngelRus" around 2022. They disbanded pre-debut because it was revealed that the company demanded underwear pictures from the trainees as a "requirement for debut", after the police found said pictures in CEO's possession.

They changed company names to what is now "NA Entertainment" and were planning to debut a global group named DE:VA. After stirring, once again, controversy over the CEO's investigation case, one of DE:VA's members claimed that the CEO was in prison, but he was not. DE:VA members, except Nina and Alice (now NWH:I's members), left the company in 2024.

In 2025, the company announced NWH:I's project, highlighting ex Universe Ticket contestant Vanesya as a member. During this period of training, Na Ent stated that the controversy with the CEO was long gone and over, but fans have seen him with the group and still expressed their worries. But the company always replies passive-aggressively and tries to intimidate fans.
They are planning to debut a NEW global girl group called "N.Angels", known for their controversy regarding one of their members using a Korean stage name despite not being Korean. The new group Instagram account was deactivated, but the plans for their debut are still ongoing and some of the members are currently training in South Korea.
In the middle of March, four members of group NWH:I (Nina, Seungjoo, Via and Vanesya) did an Instagram Live claiming that the company isn't paying them and the members themselves are the ones who pay for everything, including the things for the new trainees; that they don't get absolutely no rest days and no proper sleeping; the had a heater, but now the new trainees have it; they don't a decent schedule for practice and have to do it with DNA (co-ed group under the company), now they'll have to do this with N.Angels, XENIX=ON and 'Na Girls' (28 people for who they have no money).
The live was not saved for future reproductions, but a fan took the time to record it. Source: https://x.com/batt3ryyyeah/status/2033247600787210376
(This next part is a bit messy as I don't know Indonesian and some things I tried to translate weren't clear, so take everything with a grain of salt. If any Indonesian can help with context, I'll leave the link to a thread made by a fan: https://x.com/batt3ryyyeah/status/2038572114421137714)
These last days, fans have been talking about recent comments made by Vanesya's mother on Facebook where she claims that Vanesya is being mistreated and bullied by other members of the group (Screenshots ). Vanesya clarified that nothing was happening between her and Alice (who was mentioned as the alleged perpetrator), but fans don't know what to think since the company is known for denying everything, taking over their socials and not assuring the members safety.

I agree with some fans saying that just because Na Ent history was known doesn't change the fact that the members are being mistreated and that shouldn't be downplayed and brushed off with "they deserve it because they knew it" or similar insensitive comments. Kpop companies get away with their actions because everyone is more focused on saying "we told you so" to the members instead for holding companies accountable. I can't blame them for thinking maybe it was going to go well for them, other companies did better with newer groups than older ones, and I wouldn't be surprised if information about the CEO was hidden from them (general public barely know his face).
And I know there's nothing that people can *personally* do, however I think giving visibility to the situation can help letting the company know that they can't get away with this just because they're a small company. That's the reason they got away with AngelRus case in first place and could rename themselves to debut other groups, by assuming that people won't pay much attention to it since they aren't well-known.
I think is important to make this known to not leave these girls alone and to warn people about Na Entertainment, even better if the company closes for good.
