There's one side which says that it's harmless because, well, it's just a bunch of teen girls doing teen girl stuff.
But on the other side— the idol's didn't consent to it.
Now the general argument is that it's an Alternate universe, and it's about the idol's character rather than the idol themselves. eg. fanfics are about iron man/tony stark, not robert downey jr.
